A DMC plans and runs your corporate programme on the ground: hotels, venues, transfers, catering, activities and on-site coordination. Insiders Mallorca is based on the island, so you brief one team and receive one proposal instead of negotiating with six separate suppliers from abroad.
From 10 to 3.000 people. Recent programmes include 47 participants in Palma, 130 at Cap Vermell and a full corporate trip for 230 with hotels, transfers and a gala dinner.

Yes. In most cases the same team that prepares your proposal is with you on the ground during the event. Insiders Mallorca coordinates venues, suppliers, transfers and timings, so you approve the plan and the execution — and the accountability on the day — is ours.
One invoice for the whole programme. Insiders Mallorca contracts every supplier directly — hotels, venues, transfers, catering and activities — so your finance team handles a single vendor and a single cost centre.
Accommodation is the priority. For hotels we recommend six months or more to secure availability, and longer for finca buy-outs and groups above 100. The rest of the programme — activities, venues, transfers, catering — works comfortably with three to six months’ notice.
We work in English, Spanish, German and French across proposals, coordination and invoicing. On the ground we also have guides in other languages, including Italian and Polish, depending on your group.
