The budget depends on group size, season, accommodation category and how many days the programme runs, a three-day retreat for 20 people in a private finca and a four-day programme for 200 in a beachfront resort sit in very different ranges. Three to four days is the most requested format: one day to arrive and settle, one or two full days of work sessions and team time, and a departure day. Two-day retreats work for leadership groups already based in Europe.
