A company outing in Mallorca is a full day out of the office transfers, one or two activities and a shared meal, coordinated by one team. From a relaxed day by the sea to an active, cultural or gastronomic programme, we design each day around your group’s size, pace and interests.
Some groups are already on the island; others fly in just for the day, with a morning arrival, a programme through the afternoon and evening, and departure that night or after one hotel night. We build the timings around your group either way a hotel pickup in the north, a central meeting point in Palma or a meet at arrivals.

Yes. Most groups arrive on a morning flight and leave the same evening. We build the programme around your flight times and keep a buffer before departure. Teams on a late arrival or an early return flight usually add one hotel night in Palma.
Transfers, one or two activities, a meal and a coordinator with the group all day. Insiders Mallorca books every supplier and issues one invoice for the whole programme.

We confirm an indoor or sheltered alternative when we send the proposal and decide with you that morning. Boat activities have a land-based backup by default.
