The company wanted its employees to discover the authentic essence of Mallorca through a varied programme combining culture, leisure and Mediterranean experiences.
As they were travelling in a large group, they also required detailed logistical coordination, continuous assistance throughout the programme and a memorable gala dinner at an emblematic venue to bring the trip to a close.

The group arrived in Mallorca on different flights scheduled throughout the day. Our team welcomed the participants at the airport, coordinated each arrival and guided the guests to their corresponding private transfers.
Vehicles were carefully scheduled to ensure a smooth journey from the airport to the hotel, despite the number of flights and different arrival times.
Part of the group embarked on a three-hour private catamaran trip from Port d’Alcúdia.
During the experience, guests sailed along Mallorca’s northern coastline, enjoyed time to swim in the Mediterranean and relaxed on board while food and drinks were served. The activity offered the perfect combination of beautiful scenery, relaxation and time together as a team.
Another group discovered the history and cultural heritage of Palma accompanied by official Portuguese-speaking guides.
The experience included a guided walk through the historic city centre and entrance to Palma Cathedral, one of the island’s most iconic landmarks. The participants explored the city’s charming streets, architecture and most representative sites while learning more about Mallorca’s history and traditions.
The programme also included a visit to the spectacular Caves of Drach, on Mallorca’s eastern coast.
Guests explored an extraordinary underground landscape filled with impressive stalactites and stalagmites before arriving at Lake Martel, one of the largest underground lakes in the world. The visit concluded with the caves’ famous classical music performance.
