We organize team-building experiences in Mallorca for corporate groups, designed to strengthen connections and create shared experiences between participants.
From competitive challenges and problem-solving activities to outdoor adventures and large-scale team events, we build programmes for very different group profiles and objectives from our catalogue of activities. We work with small teams from 10 participants as well as large corporate groups of up to 3,000.
As a local DMC based 100% in Mallorca, we work closely with trusted local providers and activity specialists across the island. This allows us to recommend the right format, difficulty level and setting for each team, adapting every activity to the group’s size, objectives and dynamics.
We also coordinate everything around the activity: transfers, hotel accommodation, catering, photography coverage and on-site support, so the team building fits into the wider corporate programme instead of sitting apart from it.

Most teams that come to us for team building need more than the activity itself. We book the hotel, the coaches, the restaurant and the meeting room, and coordinate the timings so the day works as one programme, with one contact and one invoice. It depends on the activity, the group size and the duration. As a reference, half-day activities start around 70–100 € per person, and full-day or multi-activity programmes range from 120 to 200 € per person. Transfers, catering and additional services are quoted separately depending on the programme.
Yes. We tailor every programme to the group rather than working with fixed packages. Tell us your number of participants, dates, objectives, preferred activities and approximate budget, and we will recommend the options that work best for your team.
Yes. We can arrange private transfers from your hotel or meeting point to the activity and coordinate transportation between different locations if your programme includes several experiences.
Most team building activities last between 1.5 and 3 hours, although experiences such as boat trips can take half a day. We can also combine several activities to create a half-day or full-day programme.
Yes. While Mallorca enjoys excellent weather most of the year, we also offer a variety of indoor Team Building activities such as cooking workshops, escape games, creative art sessions and cultural experiences. These options ensure your event can go ahead smoothly regardless of the weather.
We organise team building experiences across Mallorca, including Palma, the coast, the Tramuntana mountains, traditional fincas and other locations around the island. We recommend the most suitable area depending on your hotel, group size and chosen activity.
From 10 to 3,000 people. Activities have their own capacity ranges beach games run up to 300 participants in one session, and larger groups are split into parallel rotations with a coordinator per group.
English, Spanish and German for most activities, with French available on request. We confirm the language of the instructors when we send the proposal.
