After breakfast at the hotel, the group attended an inspiring motivational talk by Toni Nadal.
Through his personal journey, he shared valuable insights on leadership, resilience, and personal growth, encouraging the team to focus on who they want to become rather than who they are today.
Team Building Experiences
As part of their team building program, the group was divided into smaller teams to enjoy a range of experiences across the island.
From hiking and wine tasting in the countryside near Manacor to kayak adventures along the eastern coast, and cultural visits to the Rafa Nadal Museum & Academy and the Drach Caves, each activity offered a unique way to strengthen connections, discover Mallorca, and share memorable moments together.
