A French consulting company asked us to design a one day Team Building experience in Palma for 120 employees.
They requested a Team Building program featuring activities that combined authentic Mallorcan culture with moments of fun and connection.
Guided City Tour with two restaurant stops for tapas
The day started at Parc de la Mar, where participants gathered and were divided into smaller teams to discover the essence of Palma’s old town alongside local guides.
During the city tour they made two stops at traditional restaurants to taste delicious tapas and have time to rest and savour mallorquin gastronomy.
Beach Games Olympics by the sea
After enjoying a Mediterranean lunch in a harbour restaurant, the group were transferred to Palmanova Beach and took part in an exciting Beach Games competition.
Divided into teams, they faced a series of fun and dynamic challenges; from paddle races and beach volleyball matches to pétanque games and other team activities.
The day concluded with a medal ceremony to celebrate the winning teams, marking the perfect ending to a day filled with teamwork, energy, and laughter by the sea.
