Staggered airport transfers across the day, hotel check-in with rooming list managed by our team, on-site registration desk with accreditations, and a welcome dinner at the hotel.
Full conference day: plenary with staging and AV production, three parallel breakout rooms, hostesses managing guest flow, coffee breaks and a working lunch.
Morning sessions, followed by a catamaran experience along the coast with onboard catering and a swim stop. Gala dinner at a seafront venue with lighting, live music and guest flow management. Private transfers to the airport the next morning.

A MICE agency plans and runs meetings, incentives, conferences and exhibitions on the ground. Insiders Mallorca sources venues and hotels, manages rooming lists, coordinates AV and staging, staffs the registration desk and supervises the programme on site.
We work with groups from 10 to 3,000 participants, across 200+ venues on the island. Convention hotels in Palma and the north cover plenary formats up to 2,000 delegates, with breakout rooms in the same property.
Yes. We coordinate stage design, screens, sound, lighting and technical crew with local production partners, and run a technical rehearsal before the plenary opens.
Yes. We set up the on-site registration desk, print and distribute accreditations, staff it with hostesses in your delegates’ languages, and manage guest flow between plenary, breakouts and meals.
Yes. We negotiate group rates directly, block rooms and manage the rooming list, allocations and changes up to arrival including staggered check-ins when delegates land across the day.
Both. Some clients book a single conference day with venue, AV and catering; others book a multi-day programme with an incentive afternoon and a gala dinner.
